Refunds

If upon receiving your order you are unhappy with any part of the goods or service please contact us within 48 hours and return the items as received within 10 days and we will be happy to issue you with a refund. If in the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged please get in touch as soon as possible. In most cases we will be able to send out a replacement right away, however in some rare cases it may not be possible to supply an exact replacement, in which case a refund or exchange will be offered.

Delivery

Within the UK our prints can be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery (next-day) or First Class post, if you choose Special Delivery you will be required to provide a signature upon delivery. International orders are sent by Royal Mail’s standard Airmail service. Our products are sent in durable packaging and are wrapped in acid-free tissue paper.

Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. We aim to send all orders within 48 hours although usually orders are sent within 24 hours Monday to Friday.

Mailing List

If you sign up to our mailing list we will email you from time to time, only when new products are released. Should you wish to be removed from the mailing list at any time please follow the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of our newsletters or email us directly at hello@themanicule.com. Our database only holds your email address and will store no other personal details. We will never disclose your email address to any other individuals or companies.
